    Order Processing
    All orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET may begin processing the following business day.


    During new releases, promotions, and peak holiday periods, processing may take longer. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email.
    Processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time.

    Transit times begin once your order has shipped, not when it is placed. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by weather, carrier volume, customs or inspection processing for territories, and incorrect or incomplete addresses.


    Order Tracking
    Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.


    Shipping Addresses
    Please review your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional shipping charges may apply.
    Address changes can only be accommodated before an order enters processing. Email us as soon as possible if a correction is needed.


    Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
    If your tracking shows no movement for 7 or more business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and photos (if applicable) and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.
    Packages marked "delivered" by the carrier but not received should be reported within 7 days of the delivery scan. We recommend checking with your household and neighbors and filing a claim with the carrier first.


    International Shipping
    At this time, we ship only within the United States and its territories.

    Return policy

    Can I return a fragrance?
    For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used fragrances cannot be returned. Unopened items may be returned within [14] days of delivery, plus return shipping.

    What if my order arrives damaged or I received the wrong item?
    Contact us within [3] days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

    How do I start a return?
    Email us at customerservice@elixir11eleven.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

    How long does it take to process my order?
    Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (up to 72 business hours). Weekends, holidays, and after-hours time are not counted. Once your order ships, you'll get an email with your tracking number, so please check your inbox, including your spam or junk folder.

    How long does shipping take?
    After processing, standard shipping takes about 5 business days to the mainland U.S. and 5–7 business days to Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories.

    Where do you ship?
    We ship to the entire United States and Puerto Rico.

    Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes! Orders over $55 ship free.

    How do I track my order?
    When your order is processed, you'll receive an email with your shipping details and tracking number. If you don't see it, check your spam or junk folder, or contact us.

    My package says "Delivered" but it's not here. What should I do?
    Don't worry, this happens often. USPS sometimes marks a package as delivered before it has actually been dropped off, and the physical delivery happens the next business day. So if your package shows "Delivered" on a Friday, it may not arrive until Monday. Please wait one business day, check with neighbors and your mailbox or front office, and if it still hasn't shown up, contact us with your order number and we'll help you.

    What type of perfumes do you sell?
    Our perfumes are oil-based roll-ons, long-lasting and easy to apply on pulse points like wrists, neck, and behind the ears.

    My roll-on feels stiff and won't roll. Is it defective?
    No, this is normal with a new roller. Roll it gently with a bit of pressure to help it move. To protect your skin, you can do this on a firm surface like a table, using a napkin or paper towel. After a few uses, it should roll much more easily.
